“This was a wonderful unit with a great location. If it had been good weather, it would have been great. You can’t help the weather. Everything was perfect outside of this unit having no ocean view to enjoy if you are stuck inside. Had it been good weather that allowed us to be outside for most of the day, it would have been fine. The unit was comfortable, clean , quiet, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We rented the unit for 2 nights but only stayed for one bevy without an ocean……

“Due to my husband having to be transported to the Salem Hospital we didn’t really get to enjoy the unit. From what little time we had there we loved the space and the 2 bathrooms and it was stocked nicely. Didn’t talk to the property manager. Not one was around.”

“Great little place to stay beside the cleanliness, for a property listing with a no pet policy there was hair all over it looked like the "clearners" came in changed the bed sheets and put out new towels and left. The power to the hot tub was off when we arrived and it was 55 degrees, took a day for it to get to temp, very disappointing for a couple little girl that were very excited. Kitchen counters had crumbs and onion peels on them, Kitchen floors had sticky spots from spills. With a good……

“The property was in a great location with views of the beach (no sunset but you should be on the beach for that anyways). The condo was very nice, clean, and full of living amenities. It was nice to be able to cook food instead of eating out for every meal.”

“isolation was great, property management helped TV issues. I would get a different cable provider, our entertainment was playoff baseball, dish TV was difficult to watch with the equipment we had. TV gets an F.”

“Pacific city and Cale Kiwand were beautiful and had an Overall nice stay. Walking distance to the Pacific city parking lot, Pelican pub and Meridian restaurant, though the walk is right on hwy 101 with a very narrow shoulder in spots. Recommended parking for our unit was on the street well below a steep driveway. Inside the setup was nice, wifi and tv all worked well. Vintage kitchen table was fine, but the queen bed in the bedroom was extremely creaky and should probably be replaced or at least……

“Place was just what we needed for a holiday get away. Weather was nice to be able to sit on the shared patio with a drink watching the sun set while the dog was able to roam in the small area outside. We made our holiday dinner in the kitchen that had everything we needed. Couldn’t find local channels for the games so we went to the establishment in Netarts and watched with the locals while eating dinner. Loved the area”

“This unit is, as advertised, about a block from the ocean. It’s an easy 5-minute walk to beach access. The unit is clean and well cared for, though small. We were, however, surprised by the lack of expected staple items, particularly in the kitchen. There is an oven and a small Pyrex pan, but no baking tray. There are a few scratched up skillets and some spoons/spatulas, but not many, and are very few silverware to use, so plan to wash and reuse constantly. If you plan to cook I would recommend……

“Really simple and easy outing at the beach with a small rustic cabin facing the waves. It was a perfect place to stop for a road trip that gave us a unique and memorable time at the coast! The very small town was gorgeous! The nearby cafe was convenient and delicious! Definitely plan to stay again! ”

“We took my mother-in-law to the beach for a few days, and this house was perfect!! There is a bedroom and both bathrooms on the first floor, so she didn't have to use the stairs. The view from the front windows is absolutely amazing, and she LOVED sitting in the chair there and watching the waves! The beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to dry our wet clothes after getting caught by a wave. The gas……
