“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great! The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the private beach was beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only things I didn’t like were that breakfast was not available, and the beach didn’t feel completely private. Since cruise passengers use the walkway nearby to reach the public beach, there are many people passing through the area. While I didn’t have any problems, it made me feel……

“I've stayed in many IHG hotels, and even though this Holiday Inn is an old property, I believe the staff works extraordinarily hard to make everything as good as it could possibly be. 😁. Breakfast was hot and quality and choice of items very good. Everything in my room worked fine. And a quick note to thank both from desk ladies, when I checked in with Chantelle and when I checked out with Dandra (spelling?), they were great! And the kitchen staff also showed great customer service with……

“Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. ”

“This boutique hotel is very charming, beautiful, and well-kept. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the property itself is lovely. However, the check-in experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, we waited at the gate for a long time with no assistance. One of the entrance gates doesn’t work, and if it hadn’t been for a kind person driving by who stopped to tell us to use the other entrance, we would have had no idea what to do. The hotel never sent any email or instructions explaining……
