「I booked in March and paid. When we arrived in May there were no rooms available. We couldn’t check in, so we left our bags with the front desk to find dinner.
Frankly, the hotel should have sprung for dinner in the hotel while we waited for a room.
When a room opened up it was comfortable and clean.
The rest of the hotel is looking a little worn, but comfortable beds.
The manager was great, smiled a lot, and if you needed something he was on it.
The front desk staff was polite.」

「This property was so nice. It was very clean, the rooms were all updated with everything you need. All the staff were very friendly, especially the front desk!! The grounds were beautiful. We will return!!!」

「We loved staying at Harborside Resort! Atlantis is great, but it is nice to get away from the chaos of the main resort at the end of long days. Shuttle services were constant and available. Our room was clean and nice, pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy, but it worked, recommend some new blankets.」
