“The place was clean bright and modern but alot of steet noise and hakkways echoed”

“The layout of the place was really cool. All the best appliances and furniture. Great fold out sofa bed. My gripes were dirty patio area with lots of flies. Area behind bedroom window had lots of trash and dust under the bed. ”

There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is……

“Had a very good experience. Philly is my second home, so i know the area well. This is in a decent part of the city, not too far from center city. Had good grocery stores around, and also quick bites to eat. The apartment itself is as described in the photos. Can easily accomodate 6 people. Everything was clean, and the amenities were good. Had very good communication with the host and a free parking spot. The building itself is a bit old, and the corridors smell like a fish market, so, as long……

“The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.”

“It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked.”

“We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well……

“Very convenient to many Philly must sees. Right across from Reading Terminal Market, on the same street as the Constitution Center, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall all within a 10-15 minute walk. City Hall and Market Street close by and convenient to SEPTA stops and terminals. Could use a few more towels and kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable.”

“The apartment was great. It was bright, clean, spacious, and furnished well. The bedding, towels and kitchen supplies were top notch. The neighborhood, however, is very rundown and very busy. ”
