Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help created a truly exceptional experience. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and full of character, offering beautiful views and comfortable rooms. Every interaction with the team, from reception to housekeeping was warm, professional, and efficient. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels both flawless and personal, but nhow Amsterdam delivers exactly that. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning."

"This hotel was excellent and the staff was really welcoming and friendly from the moment we stepped foot into the building. The rooms and corridors and all round the hotel was very clean and as you would expect. The breakfast was really nice and there was so many different options to choose from which is a bonus for staying at this hotel as some dont offer no where near as much as other places. I would just say that i would of preffered a normal pillow and a couple of them (Personal Opinion) as the pillow that is provided is square and small. Apart from that it it was a beautiful hotel and very close to the metro for easy travel around and to amsterdam centraal. I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again in the future "
