“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

“I didn't like the room. There was mold in the ceiling. The fridge was empty. They could have at least have water in the fridge.”

“I liked the location being close to the airport and it was a nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They should put a microwave in the room and have entertainment on the beach at night sometimes, like a live band or DJ. Spice it up a little for the guests. People like to have fun on vacation.”

“As long as you know that this is an older hotel so you will see the wear everywhere then you'll enjoy your stay. There is no food option at the hotel so you'll definitely have to travel into town for that. The pool was fine. The room was clean. If you want an inexpensive stay for a few days then you'll be just fine here. Also, it's within walking distance to the airport so unless you have alot of bags DON'T waste money on a taxi. “I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!”

“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that……

“Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird.”

“It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house.
