“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

Instructions for key and parking are very clear and communication with manager/owner is pleasant and prompt. Location is Chinatown, which is good during day and fees relatively safe. Only negative is nearby Hasting St. - infamous for homeless and drug addicts. I would stay again and avoid Hasting St.”

Challenging directions for access, with repeated statements to NOT talk to the concierge staff. No reason for this was provided. Major complaint was that there were no staples in kitchen.
