Great find!

This was a perfect spot for our family of 5. We loved hanging out by the pool, the house is comfortable and cozy, well equipped with towels, bedding, kitchen supplies etc., and only 7 or 8 minutes to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. Hope we can stay again in the future!

Amazing property!

This property was everything that we needed without the hustle and bustle of being on the island. Close to everything! We will definitely stay again! All beach amenities were already provided and the pool is absolutely nothing short of amazing! My family loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Manatee. If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to beautiful beaches and Anna Maria Island, this is your place. The property is as pictured. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beach chairs really came in handy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

we had a very nice stay here about 30 minutes from Ana Maria Island. There is a beautiful inground pool with screen enclosure that is shared with another party next door as this is a duplex house. It has a bunch of rooms, TVs, everything you need we did not have to buy anything very convenient. The best for me was being able to bring my small dog. I recommend this stay to anyone looking to save a few dollars bring a small dog and grill outside of the pool. BBQ grill was furnished as well. We didn't mind driving 30 minutes to the beach it was a nice stay at the manatee and will return the next time. Thankyou!

Excellent property but it doesn't have a heated pool as stated.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to Supermarkets and beaches. It was very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Propane tanks were full and the grill was clean. My only disappointing experience is that I was told the pool was heated and I trusted that when booked the house. The pool never heated and with the cold weather it was completely unusable.

Great place!

Doesn't look like much from outside, but inside is clean and nice. The pool is gorgeous and was a nice surprise! It was being built when booked. The AC struggled to keep the place cool during the day. For older guests, it would be nice if the pool had a hand rail somewhere. There isn't any soundproofing between the units, so if you have loud neighbors you may not sleep well. Thankfully, most neighbors were quiet except for the first night. Pleased overall.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth that made us feel right at home. The space is even more impressive in person - a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The décor is exquisite, with carefully thought-out details that reflect a unique and welcoming style. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals with ease, while the living room was the perfect place to relax. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep. In addition, the location is ideal, with everything we needed just a few steps away. Communication with the host was impeccable, always attentive and willing to provide local recommendations that enriched our experience. I forgot my watch in the room and they sent it to my address promptly with nothing in return - that speaks highly of this super host. In short, this place exceeded our expectations and left an indelible memory. We will definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for such a special stay!
