One guy serving was clearly not happy in his job, and wasn’t pleased when customers asked for something from him,a bit grumpy. Rest of the staff were nice. Rooms are a good size, we did report a blocked sink but it wasn’t resolved even after they checked it out. In a good location and with free parking we would stay again. Little things could make it so much better."

"A Lovely Stay in the Heart of Town ❤️ From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every receptionist spoke really good English, which made everything so easy, and they always greeted us with a lovely smile. 😊 The hotel is in the heart of the town, which is very convenient for exploring and getting around. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was okay and had enough choices to start the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm and friendly service from all the reception staff. I would happily stay here again. 😊"
