Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn, Liftside 402: Ski In / Ski Out remodeled condo in Breckenridge!

LOCATION – Peak 9 Inn at the Village at Breckenridge is one of the best locations in town. It is ideally situated next to the slopes and is only 50 yards from the QuickSilver SuperChair. You will also love being only one block from Main Street to take advantage of all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.
UNIT AMENITIES – This cozy condo was recently remodeled and is perfect for couples or a small family. Gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain are right through the picture window in the living room. Catch a quick nap and enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace or unwind on the couch to watch a movie on the flat screen TV after a busy day on the mountain.
RESORT AMENITIES – PLEASE NOTE: Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including shuttle, ski school, ski rentals, movie room, and fully remodeled fitness center including indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. (Pool may be closed seasonally in the Spring & Fall for maintenance - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates)
PARKING – Please note that parking is NOT included in the cost of the reservation. Access to the onsite Village parking garage is limited and not guaranteed. If parking is required, ask your reservationist for availability and cost. We highly recommend taking an Airport Shuttle to Breck as this fantastic location is both ski-in/ski-out and an easy stroll to Main Street.

• AWD/4WD Vehicle highly recommended between November 1st & May 31st
• No weddings, events or parties allowed. Property occupancy should never exceed the number stated on reservation

• Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with Pet/Animal, Party and Event restrictions.
• Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old
