「Very Disappointing Stay 1. Room Completely Different from Website Photos The room we were assigned looked completely different from the photos shown on the hotel’s website. 2. 「Very pleasant boutique lodgings for a budget price. The bedroom had beautiful wood-panelling while the bathroom looked brand new. Nice touches like daily glass bottles of mineral water. The property felt secure thanks to a touchpad entry system and the friendly bar staff let me store my luggage after checkout. Although the rooms are above a pub, it's not a partially raucous one and it closes at 11pm, so noise didn't cause an issue for sleeping. 」

「I stayed in a compact room in a town house which had other rooms available. In my room there was a comfortable single bed, towels, a TV and kettle, and on the same floor was a nicely furnished, shared shower room. The room was perfect for my needs (just needed a bed for the night) and quite close to the West End with a handful of shops nearby. "Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
