「Kamer was goed maar werd de hele nacht uit mijn slaap gehouden door kleine vliegjes en daardoor erg slecht geslapen het was wel een klein drama want moest de volgende vroeg op en werken...」

「Lovely pub but incredibly busy so there were long waits for drinks and food Stay slightly marred by very noisy drinkers right outside our room until 00.50hrs Great area to stay for Bath Racecourse and visiting the white horse」

「Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. 」

「We traveled with a car, it is a good choice for our trip. The room is clean and tidy with accessory you need. Nice and helpful staff.」

「This is a hidden gem. It's a charming old manor house with very comfortable rooms and lovely food. The staff can't do enough for you and are extremely helpful. It's set in its own grounds, completely hidden from the road with no noise apart from birdsong and the whispering of the trees.」

「A good overnight stop on our journey to the south coast! Very friendly staff in the bar welcomed us, and were extremely helpful. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms. A good choice of decent meals on the bar menu available in the pub, so convenient not having to dine elsewhere. Excellent value, and both the evening and morning staff were great. Yes, a bit of road noise, and extractor noise heard in our 2 rooms, but we are used to silent nights living in a rural location!」

「Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent.」
