"The apartment was small and cute; also was a decent location.
I didn't like the communication between the owners (whomever) was supposed to give me access into the apt. My reservation was forgotten and took longer for me to find the place and check-in. The apartment given to me was not the same as shown in pictures."

"This apartment is in an excellent location for the tube. Nice views of the River Thames with the riverwalk right there. It was a very safe location. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was nice having some space vs staying in a hotel room. The washing machine was a great amenity. I would recommend staying at this location!"

"No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer!
Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need!
