"Room was clean. Towels and bedsheets were excellent quality and were changed upon request. Breakfast was good and had enough variety for five days we stayed at the property. Internet was fast. Location was perfect - close to British Museum, two subway stations, numerous bus stops. Lovely park nearby."

The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm, attentive service. A perfect base for exploring London."

"If you’re a Black solo traveler especially a Black woman please be cautious here. Not all, but some staff and security were very unwelcoming and I experienced racial discrimination. Just something to be aware of."
