“Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!”

“This was the best stay we had during our 12 day trip from Boston to Chattanooga. We suffered on hotel mattresses in every other place, but the mattress at this condo was HEAVENLY! As my husband and I are heavy set, this was such a relief for us. I loved having access to a washer and dryer which allowed us to only need to pack for 7 days instead of all 12. The location was perfect for ubering into DC and there were several food options nearby. This was seriously the best experience I have had……

“We had so much fun! The location of this property could not have been better. We toured the Mall, Smithsonian museums, The Capitol, saw Helicopter one land and take off from the White House and even went to a Nats baseball game. Metro station was within a couple of blocks and made it so easy to get around! The apartment was comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two couples.”

“My family and I found this lovely apartment to be very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was located perfectly just a few minutes walk from the metro station, in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of access to bike rental docks, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. When we were there, there was major construction happening to renovate the building but it did not impact the quality of our stay. In-building in/out parking was an added bonus (for extra fee) that made our stay……

“A colleague and I stayed for a work trip. The apartment was great - very clean, plenty of privacy for two, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are spread apart. Very clean! Lots of towels and some toiletries provided. There was even coffee in our apartment. Not sure if that is provided each time or we lucked out from previous renter. If you arrive after hours, there’s no one at the front desk so be sure to get check-in instructions before you arrive to the building. Nice little balcony and great……

“The space was perfect for my wife and I who made a last minute trip to DC for our Anniversary. The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. We hope to be back!”

“The studio was exactly as advertised. I did have 3 issues: 1) the bed was to firm and unfortunately the host did not have an egg crate to use 2) my wife did not like the shower 3) while I was aware hosts lived above I wasn’t expecting to be awakened by a screaming infant who then ran heavy stepping through the entire upstairs as early as 7:40”
