“Stayed here on numerous occasions and since our last stay the rooms have been redecorated to a high standard the staff as usual were all amazing , the price is still really good and the food was great, would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Veldig bra hotell. Rolig rom og god standard. Trygt og fint med kaffebar/bevertning i resepsjonen. Utrolig god Service av de som jobber der! Nært til alt! Skulle ønske man kunne åpne vindu for litt luft. Men bra luftkvalitet på rommet og god ventilasjon. Eneste som trekker ned er putene. Ikke en favoritt . Men kommer gjerne tilbake. Veldig bra hotell for value for money! :)”

“Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”

“The hotel room environment is nice, with acceptable cleanliness. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and slippers when checking in. The hotel features Beatles decorations, which fit Liverpool perfectly, and it even provides 24-hour coffee – that's very thoughtful!”

“A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. ”
