「The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area not close at all to any tourist attractions. There is also no public transportation in Penang. The room is okay, but every time I try to use hot water for showering or from the sink in the bathroom, I have to let the tap run for at least 10 minutes before the water becomes hot. Not only does this waste water, it is extremely inconvenient for guests who are on a tight schedule. The sink in the bathroom also leaks water, and I had...

「Spacious rooms and tidy place. You will meet the cutest and friendliest cat in the lobby my daughters had great fun playing with. There was a small incidental omission on part of the management and they insisted on providing rent free room for the next 24 hrs and would not accept payment. Very nice people. 」
