保加利亚豪华酒店

“It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid……

“Nice hotel, quiet and clean, shower is very good, the restaurant in the hotel is good. and there is super-market around the hotel.”

“Nice property. Dark inside not enough lightning. Magnetic cards work time to time. Staff is friendly. Restaurants on the pricey side. The pool weird configuration and not safe for kids.”

“The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!”

“The staff were fantastic and the facilities are amazing.”
