“The service is bad. I ordered two bottles of water after I came back. After 30+ mins, I needed to reorder again since they had missed the first request. When I checked out, the receptionist mentioned I had outstanding breakfast bills, which I was using the voucher for. Moreover, after I checked out, I still receive I had missed the checkout time.”

“Very clean, neat little space. Kitchen had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable. Very easy check in / check out process. Short walks to Westfield shopping centre, restaurants and train/bus stations. Something to note: There is a blockout blind on the window but no privacy blind or curtain and my room was facing the street, so if I was in the room with the blind up, anyone walking past could see in.”

“Great location, close to shops and train station”

“No aircon in the unit only fans, if you drive a large suv parking at the back on the allocated slot is very incovenient. Wifi is not available for my firsr 2 days of accomodation until i spoke to customer service. Rooms are very basic. Lots of cockroach which tells you the cleanliness. Otherwise great location. Close to train station. Lots of great restaurants around.”

“There were the bare basics only. No TV. no tea/coffee. Only one key set. One bed was like sleeping on concrete, the other like sleeping on saggy foam. No bedside lamps. On the plus side it was clean, spacious, good aircon, full of light, and close to PT and shops. And reasonably priced.”
