「Over priced. The maintenance is not good. 」

「Apartment was clean but very basic. It would do well to have a proper set of dishes, a coffee maker, mugs, glasses, a toaster, pots and pans. There weren’t any towels in the kitchen. We were forced to eat out the whole time because of the lack of items in the kitchen. 」

「We were very disappointed in our experience on this stay and felt the condo and setting were not adequately described on VRBO. The condo is in a dilapidated, sketchy area. We are experienced and tolerant travelers, but arriving at the condo, we were concerned that the area was not safe to park our cars, and we certainly would not feel safe walking around at night. There were several men hanging around, beat up cars and the smell of weed.The building across from the rental unit was falling...

「The location is amazing! We loved getting on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake to get around town. What a beautiful trail. The short walk to Rainey Street was great. The roof top pool was a dream. Condo was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and I loved having laundry in the condo. 」
