“Great spot just east of everything you’d want to do in DC. Well appointed kitchen if you want to cook your own food but incredibly quick access to the subway. Trader Joe’s and some amazing restaurants are 2 stops away on the subway and all the major sights are 5 or 6 stops away. Park here and don’t drive the entire time you’re in DC!”

“This was the 2nd time we've stayed in Joe's loft-and it won't be the last! It is lovely, had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Joe's access directions were easy to follow, he responded promptly to communications, and the loft was spotless and beautiful! Thank you for sharing!”

“The property was clean, and overall it worked well for our two-night stay. Parking wasn't always easy to find, but it wasn't terrible either.One thing to note is that the futon shown in the listing has been replaced with a couch and chaise lounge, which wasn't the most comfortable for sitting.I would recommend doing your research on the neighborhood before booking to make sure the location fits your plans and comfort level. Overall, it met our needs for a short stay”

“The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. Communication with the hosts was easy, informative, and timely. The neighborhood is wonderful, the trail was a bonus as a way to walk to town and invites you to enjoy……

“Very clean and only a 9 min drive to the jfk stadium. There was some walking sounds upstairs but that was to be expected and it wasn't bad. The history responded to my questions and the room was very clean. Towels and sheets were provided and clean.”

“This small, simple apartment certainly met my family of five’s needs for our overnight trip to DC. It was clean, and located in what appeared to be a safe, quiet neighborhood near the Benning Rd. Metro stop. The owner was also easy to get in touch with, and parking was free and abundant. Check-in was easy, and the beds were comfortable. For someone only looking for a place to crash for the night, this offering is ideal. However, it was very small and offered no living space, so it may not be the……
