「Our family had a great stay at this property over New Years Eve. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and waterfront. We also enjoyed the coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The unit was clean and as advertised. Only negatives - the bunk bed in the one bedroom isn’t the greatest - very creaky and mattresses are uncomfortable/ could use replacement. It was also much hotter in that bedroom than the rest of the unit. Additionally, it was a bit noisy at night (dumpsters...

「Though the journey to national harbor was cold, Parhat made me feel welcomed and warm all weekend! Cute bedroom with all the amenities you could find in a hotel! If you love a firm bed, this definitely has one. Only downside is during the winter the water takes longer to get warm. But Parhat was wonderful in letting me know and explained everything thoroughly and wonderful! 」

「The overall experience at Flat 207 was perfect. The flat was well appointed, clean, and perfectly situated in downtown Saint Michaels. Communication from our host was top notch and there wasn’t one thing that wasn’t as expected. While the weather didn’t cooperate, we weren’t upset to spend more time in front of the very warm fireplace on the comfortable sofa, and were close enough to walk to shopping, food, and drinks without getting too wet.
