“We were so grateful for the chance to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing home on the water. It was very quiet and peaceful, with birdsong and rainfall as our music. The studio is so clean, modern, comfortable, with everything we needed — especially the serenity we felt just being able to look out on the water. We walked in the drizzle along the island’s remote roads, had coffee and tea on the deck, made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen, read on the sofa during a cozy, rainy Saturday afternoon,……

“Very clean and only a 9 min drive to the jfk stadium. There was some walking sounds upstairs but that was to be expected and it wasn't bad. The history responded to my questions and the room was very clean. Towels and sheets were provided and clean.”

I even had to use the little sewing kit to fix a hem before our daughter’s wedding and was so thankful they had thought of this tiny detail! We were able to regulate the temperature and lighting easily for a good night’s sleep. “This was a beautiful stay for my partner and I, a short walk to the beach, the hot tub was amazing, and it was so clean with everything we could have needed. Without a stove top, the hot plate burner was PERFECT for us to cook meals with. This stay wasn’t far from grocery stores, restaurants and other attractions.
