“We liked the unit, clean & well maintained for an older home. There’s a hill you have to descend to get to the water but it’s easily accessible by well maintained stairs. The parking was not clear, as there was only one parking spot & we had 2 cars but there was a public lot very close by so not really a problem. We’d stay again!”

“Had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Cute rustic decor and a great location. My husband and I wear able to walk to dinner each night and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were even able to bring our dog and he loved it too. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends.”

“This location was clean and well appointed. Nice and close to Weirs Beach in Laconia, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated finding a location to house three adults comfortably. Two bedrooms and two baths, plus convenient parking and a balcony gave us plenty of room. The hosts left us snacks, coffee, water and toiletries, which were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The cabin was everything that it claimed to be. It was easy to find, clean and extremely comfortable. It was located in the middle of the area that we were visiting for that part of our trip and easy to get to places we wanted to visit. It had everything that we needed for the two day stay.”

“Our group really enjoyed the large house and balcony. It was comfortable cooking in the kitchen, especially with the island for surface space. The living room library and movie selections and nearby community center was a plus as well. Josh was an excellent host.”

“Great location! House was perfect for me and my daughters family including my two grand babies. We really enjoyed the big yard, fire pit and overall stay. The owners were great and respond to all messages right away and are very accessible for any questions or concerns. Would love to come back in the summer time.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.”
