“Fantastic location!! Safe walking path to excellent food and close to the ferry over to Vancouver allowing for a really peaceful spot to be at the end of the day. Also short drive to Capilano Bridge and Grouse Mtn. The house definitely rocks a bit which took some getting used to. Would absolutely recommend for families wanting to explore the Vancouver area while not staying right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A very unique place to stay!”

“The houseboat was a beautiful spot to stay in North Van. Loved the Spirit Trail and access to Lower Lonsdale. The accommodation in particular is simply gorgeous . Every thing was super easy to access and the beds felt like clouds . We watched seals out the window and loved the upper balcony. Will definitely return and recommend this beautiful home .”

“Joel and Pearl were excellent hosts. Whenever we were ready to go ashore or come back to the boathouse, they were always prompt! Very friendly people. The houseboat itself was very clean and the beds were phenomenal! The kitchen was very roomy and clean. If you’re looking to cook with spices or just need sugar, bring your own as there is just salt and pepper to use. There’s a nice counter to sit at as well as a dining table.
