El Hotel tiene buena ubicación sobre la zona hotelera cerca del centro y los puertos. Tiene buenas instalciones, habitaciones limpias, personal muy atento. Cumple con lo requerido. No es un hotel de lujo pero tiene todo lo necesario, alberca, bar, restaurant, aire acondicionado y está al pie de playa. Tiene su propio enbarcadero para tours por lo que no tienes que salir a los puertos a menos que quieras ir por tu cuenta.

The staff was really nice, especially the Bell boy Luis. Gines, helped us out everything he can, especially where to go for cheaper stuff. The only thing is the food, would like to eat more Mexican food instead of other kind, but overall great experience.

The food is not so great , the servers are not so attentive food was the same almost every dayyyy … Bartenders were the best specially Israel love his atmosphere… Missed my shuttle back to the airport when I clearly asked the front desk if they had showed up but no towels for pool can only be giving to you before 4 which is ridiculous pool is open until 8 … it’s not a front beach hotel I would rate a 5 out of 10

No se hospeden en este hotel, nunca me dieron acceso que porque Expedia no mandó la reservación y sí, me mandó el ticket de reservación y nunca me dieron acceso al hotel es bastante desagradable, porque estuve confiado que ahí me hospedaría y cuando llegué del Tour me tenían afuera y no me dejaron ingresar y ya era noche y no encontraba hotel a esas horas
