「Selon certains commentaires, l'hôtel a eu un épisode de punaises de lit il y a 10 mois. Lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons pas eu de punaises mais une infestation de cafards (chambre et salle de bain) au milieu de la nuit. Nous avons tout de suite contacté le numéro de "garde" de l'hôtel (réception fermée à 1h du matin) afin de trouver une alternative et d'être remboursés. 「Beautiful resort. Great food. Lots of options on things to do. Cleaning Staff forgot to stock our fridge with drinks and water at times. Had trouble the last few days getting reservations at restaurants due to there only being 2 open each night. Would recommend having someone available to cart people to their suites day and night as quite a hike uphill to a lot of suites. The restaurant Voce was wonderful for lunch. 「This place is terrible. Not enough staff, unhelpful staff (no offer to help with luggage etc.), check in process was slow, room was unclean and it’s run down. Just a weird vibe and I’d never stay here again. 」

「Exceptional hotel. location was great. Very clean and modern. the staff went above and beyond and gave us an early check in when we arrived. One of the best complimentary breakfasts with a ton of variety. We loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Overall we can’t say a bad word about it. We would def come back!」
