“The building was originally a Sugercane factory and the conversion has retained the dark hues and colours making the hotel warm and cosy. Our booking was for family of 4 and we booked into one of the garden pool suites. The package was b&b and came with an upgrade to the “premium service”. I would say the latter is well worth having as it gives you free access to the underground car park, the spa and an upstairs lounge with great views and where you can have breakfast (from a menu) and drinks……

“Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.”
