The house wasn’t perfectly spotless and stained carpets and too many things on the walls but nothing terrible. It was all easily overlooked because we were all together with lots of room to spread out if needed.」

「Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. Note that the upstairs bathroom is inside...

「Overall the house was everything we needed. 5 good size bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All linens and towels were provided and neatly laid out in each bedroom. The house was a little bit dated compared to the photos, but it was still beautiful. 2 bedrooms had attached bathrooms which I hadn't noticed on the layout. Easy check in and check out process.
