“We had the perfect family vacation here! The Villa is so nice and just like the pictures. We had a couple of issues (to no fault of the hosts) that were resolved quickly! Andrea was so helpful and quick to respond! We could not have asked for anything better!!”

“Both times we stayed at this property Patrick was waiting to meet us when we arrived. He and his wife go well out of their way to assure you have a great vacation. The home is equipped with many books, games, and so many cool artifacts to check out! It’s secluded and quiet giving you that perfect feeling of being lost in nature. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and fix a meal, or better yet, have Patrick cook for you. He’s an excellent chef who was willing to accommodate a vegan……

“Had an amazing time here. Kids loved the pool. Back patio was amazing. The place is super clean and the most comfy sheets in all the places we stayed in Costa Rica. Outdoor bathroom and outdoor shower was awesome. Can't say anything bad about this place. My family of 6 loved it. ”

The house host was very kind and available for anything we needed. The pool area was clean and we spent every night lounging around enjoying the sounds of nature. “Property was just what we needed for our family group of 13 traveling to La Fortuna for a few days. There was plenty of space to spread out, the pool was fantastic (when it wasn't raining), and the neighborhood felt secure and safe with easy access back into town and all attractions. ”

“I recently stayed 3 nights at Villa Floresta Monteverde, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa is located in a very quiet area, offering complete privacy—you don’t notice the neighbors at all. The accommodation is modern, beautifully furnished, and features a lovely terrace and an amazing hot tub. The host was very friendly and communicative. However, one minor issue was that I only received the location details about 2 hours before the check-in time, which caused a bit of last-minute……

“We would highly recommend Villa Maria!The house was in a fantastic location, we could easily walk to town, sodas, restaurants and El Salto. It was clean and we felt very safe. The birds were amazing and the views of Arenal when the clouds are away is just unreal. The communication of the property manger was fantastic. They also helped set up transportation and an excursion. They were fast to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for your trip to La Fortuna. We were 6 adults with 7……

“Great house, a short walk to LaFortuna town center with all the amenities you would need -- Groceries, restaurants and souvenirs. House worked well for our family of 7. Kitchen stocked with decent pots, dishes and cooking utensils. Pool provides a nice break after a day of touring. Property pictures accurately represent house. Listing states no a/c in living area. Additional cooling in those spaces would make the property even better ”

“The property is beautiful and security was stellar. My only piece of feedback and recommendation would be for there to be more clothes hangers. We had to go buy some. Additionally, there really needs to be pool towels, using the white bath towels for the pool wasn’t great. We had to wash them multiple times.”
