“This was an amazing experience and the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Giselle and the team at esquipulas took wonderful care of us. We got some amazing birding pictures, saw the feeding of the king vulture and loved every moment of our tipi experience. And the food was amazing! We can’t wait to go back”

“From the picture, the property is actually smaller, there is no bbq grill so cooking becomes a problem if you want to cook meet. The running water was turned on hours after we arrived, and no Hot water at all. Makes taking a shower on rainy days a drag. Not enough pillows or the proper kitchen utensils. And trash was not picked enough, because I was told to put it under the house when full, so wild stray dogs would tear into the bags and drag trash all over yard. They need to get lidded trash……

Les voy a dar un tip nosotros fuimos también a visitar Copey Vinícola Tour y la propiedad está a 30 minutos de este increíble paraíso en donde nos quedamos a dormir. ”

“We stayed in room 206 on the lowest floor and had the best time! The breakfast in the morning was top notch! Coffee tasted great! The service at Shana was impeccable! We saw monkeys, iguanas, lizards, sloths, crabs, macaws, ant eater! We ventured off at night to the beach with headlamps and saw so many critters! We ate at EL ANGEL sodas (10 min drive from SHANA) AMAZING PRICE N FOOD”

“This place is truly a gem. From the special attention given upon arrival to the extraordinary hospitality we received throughout the stay, this is truly a resort I would highly recommend to anyone. Couples, families. Something for everyone. A separate adult pool for more quiet but the family pool with waterfall and water slide has adults also partaking in the fun. Laying on a Lounge and looking at the jungle along with the ocean is breathtaking. We see toucans, parrots and more from just laying……
