“Everything”

“We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences.”

“Great quiet place to stay. Will stay here everytime I come back to the Cape.”

“Breakfast could use scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage. Room was clean and updated.”

“The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful flowers. It’s a hidden gem in Sandwich!”

“This place was great. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Plenty of parking 🅿️ in the property. The chairs facing the beach allowed us to enjoy the tide coming and going. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the bar/restaurant because it wasn’t open for the season yet. Regardless, I would definitely recommend staying. I’m certainly returning.”

“The room was okay with basic amenities. Room was furnished with 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave. Parking was free and plentiful. The staff weren't customer oriented, didn't want to be bothered.”
