“When I booked to stay here I didn't know what I was actually booking since I only needed a room for one night and this was the only option close to the Fort William train station that was left. WOW! I was blown away by it!!! The rooms were amazing! The dinning area and dinner was wonderful. I've already decided that when it comes time for my honeymoon this will be place I want it at.”

“In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet. ”

“Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to……

“El lugar muy guay a los pies de la montaña. En tenporada alta parece ser un sitio bastante ameno. La cafeteria es muy autentica con equipos de escalada antiguos. La habitacion grande y si tengo que decir algun pero, la cama estaba bien pero se notaba que era de muelle podria mejorar ese aspecto, aunque dormimos bien”

“After staying at this hotel, I developed many red itchy bumps on my skin, which makes me feel that the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. I was very uncomfortable during my stay. In addition, I don’t think the pricing was fair. The listing stated that the charge for each dog should be £10 per night, but I was charged £20 per dog.”
