“This was the perfect spot for family beach vacation. The house was in great shape, kitchen well equipment for cooking in, kids loved the pool area and great to be able to supervise from the overlooking porch and or course location so close to the beautiful beach was great to go back and forth to the house and beach when needed. Would highly recommend. ”

“We had 2 couples, and we loved the bungalow. It was perfect for the access to the beach, the open floor plan, and access to the rest of the island. We rented a golf cart, which was a fun way to explore Captiva. We also rented bikes with the easy access to the bike trails. We pushed the twin beds together and used it for one of the couples. Great house and location. Very quick communication from the property owner. ”

“Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.”

“We loved the home! Perfect location on the island - and even better the beach!! The only negative is that the pool was undergoing renovation (which we didn't know about ahead of time). It was unavailable all day, plus noisy with all the trucks and workers. It dampened our time and ability to relax.”
