加勒比地區綠色/環保酒店

「一切都十分满意，就是有一点觉得房间空气/有点霉气，员工非常热情，地点十分便利」

「Everything was great other than not being told about the adult pool being under construction and not usable until check in. This was one of the reasons we booked the hotel and we were disappointed to find out we could not access it for our entire trip.」

「Muy buenas vacaciones」

「It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.」

「I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.」
