“Very nice flat plenty of space and nice and clean.A few items could be improved, no soap in the property, instructions for the washing machine would be helpful .Guests staying a week or more it would be nice to have a welcome pack or at least some tea and milk etc . Biggest problem no Wi Fi , property uses a neighbours internet to run the smart Tv which only had one bar or didn’t work at all for the 1st 3 days but tv guys sorted it to freeview.As the phone signal is not good in the area I really……

“Property appears to have been recently made over, everything is new and fresh, extremely clean and although on the small side the rooms are perfect for overnight stays, comfortable bed and with more than enough tea/coffee supplies unlike a lot of places. The continental breakfast was excellent quality and plentiful. We could not fault the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money and we will definitely go back”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom could do with some updating. Several significant cracks in the walls and evidence of water leaks around the heated towel rail and over bath shower head was leaking water out when running the bath taps. We only had one night so not really an issue for us.”

“The room was clean and the breakfast was good The only issue was the stairs to the room as our room was on the 3 floors there were a lot of stairs to climb and we both OAP which was very tiring. On the hold it was a good experience but we would not stay again due to the stairs.”
