「Absolute Gem of a place, super clean, cosy and lovely little village Cark is, this was a great hub for me and my boy to do Scaffel whilst my wife and daughter took a train into Ulverston for the day "train station 2 min walk away". Definitely one the best kept places we have stopped in. Neighbours really friendly also :)」

We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. 「Stayed one night for work. Decent room rate and a huge room. Staff are great. Food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and very tasty. Hotel is remote so nothing else in the vicinity 」
