Spacious, one bedroom and beautiful large private patio is a secluded quiet spot to relax after an active day around the Monterey Peninsula. We have thought of all the details needed to make your stay at the cottage comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. You will enjoy the privacy and easy access with the keyless entry. Feel safe and secure with our off street parking.

Great space and super cozy. Deck is wonderful to overlook the woods and enjoy the sun. Kitchen is minimal meaning no stove or oven but that is great for someone who just needs a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Definitely will return and love that it is pet friendly too!

Pretty canyon views

Very nice spot in Carmel

We were only at the house for a very short period of time, but it was quiet lovely. Very close to everything in Carmel, clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Nice but need some TLC!

Property in need of care from front steps board loose and a tripping hazard to outdoor deck mat, pillows and turf needing replacing. Interior was fine but a mini-split w/b great for pm heat.

Cottage tucked in the trees

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean which is very important to us. The only thing I would mention is the driveway is steep and if you have a large vehicle you’d have to be very careful. We have a high profile vehicle and extra long and we did it but had to carefully maneuver around other vehicles. Besides that everything was wonderful and the host was reachable if needed.id stay there again without question.

Cute Cottage

The cottage is cute and cozy. But it’s hot. It’s difficult to stay in the property between the hours of 12-4p. It was 80degrees outside. I would open the front door once the sun came out and it helped alot. As well as closing the curtains and blinds when I was out. The couch did not look dirty, maybe it got replaced? And the bath was draining well. Ant invasion sometimes in the bathroom, I think they liked my toothpaste but it wasn’t bad. Location is great, very close to everything. Ironing board is ancient and took me a while to figure out ;) but I was grateful that they had one. Iron is better than my own! Kitchen had everything I needed. There is a dog that barks alot but mostly when it hears someone walk by. But its still alot. And there are neighbors that live below the property. They weren’t too loud but I did wake up to screaming kids in their bedroom below at 7am on a Sunday. Bring ear plugs. Parking is great as it’s directly outside the property so easy to carry things in/out. I’d say the bed is medium firmness. The deck is fab and so many different birds to listen to. Communication wise; I had asked Faris a question about the property and then I was told to cancel my booking- which I didn’t. I thought that was off. He was nicer in his follow up communication. However, I was not given his number to communicate directly (a first for me as I’ve stayed in a lot of places) which I think is important should there be any emergencies. Other than that, it was great.

we had a great stay in this lovely apartment. it was exactly as described - very comfortable, with everything we needed.kitchen stocked with coffee / tea and all the extas. host communications were excellent. there was a beautiful, private back patio that i wish we had time to enjoy! less than 5 minute drive from the main shopping / dining district. definitely recommend, and would stay here again, if we are in the area.

This cute little cottage was the perfect stay for our vacation . Close to the Carmel by the sea and a short distance from Monterey as well. The host had quick communication and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. The place was clean and the patio deck was a great plus . You can enjoy breakfast on the deck and listen to nature . Definitely would stay here again .
