“The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, and well appointed. The outside balconies were a great place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The host was very accommodating and informative. He gave us recommendations for local restaurants, all of which were spectacular. The beach is just a few steps from the unit, and the host provided a wagon with beach chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed the bicycles that were also provided during our stay. I can’t say enough good about this resort……

“The outside property was very spacious with a beautiful pool, tables, chairs, loungers, and a barbecue grill and griddle. Unit B suited our needs well. The neighborhood was private and quiet except for the construction of a house next door, which no one could have foreseen. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and recreational opportunities. ”

Overwhelming mildew smell upon entering, stains on blinds & book shelf, stains on couch, missing vertical blind slats, marks on walls/baseboards, mildew on shower caddy suction cups, peeling paint, visible TERMITE DAMAGE on baseboards, BLACK MOLD on bedroom window sill, mildew on hammock cushion, ripped lounge chairs, ketchup stains on table/chair cushion. We originally booked 2 nights. We arrived later in evening to this mess……

"I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
