「There was only 1 chair in the room (desk chair) so if 2 patrons, one had to sit on bed. Very clean bedding & room. Liked coffee pot in room」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
