"Great place. The room was wonderful, comfortable, clean. The bed was very comfortable which I’m very picky about. The steam was the best part. The pool was heated. I wasn’t able to enjoy all the grounds has to offer due to freezing weather. But was able to get into the pool because it was nice and warm. Will definitely stay again. "

"The staff was fabulous. We enjoyed interacting with the front desk staff, the mealtime staff, the housekeeping staff and the assistant general managers. The room was excellent, and the breakfast and dinner time food and drinks were good as well."

"The staff at this location is super friendly. And the room was very clean. It is clear that this hotel is a bit older and in a less-developed part of Downtown San Antonio, however I feel like the hotel staff is doing an excellent job with the upkeep of the building, and I never felt unsafe at any point during my stay."
