“Check in process was simple, easy and quick. The room was clean, quiet, well kept and maintained. Management/staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was detailed. Everything was there; bread, coffee, little cakes, biscuits, fruits olives and more. Location was excellent. It’s close to city center within walking distance. Anyone needing a room, this is it. This establishment is highly recommended for sure.”

“Our communication with Davide was exceptional. He responded to our messages within a minute through WhatsApp. Even though we arrived late at night on one occasion, he made the entry process easy by responding immediately upon our arrival. Although we never met in person, he was always available to help. We stayed twice, on either end of a trip to Taormina. We stayed in two different rooms. “Really blown away by our short stay at this hotel. Alina was helpful before we even arrived, then welcomed us with open arms. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet, modern and very clean. The shower in particular was incredible and we loved the large bed. Although we didn't use it, the mini bar was very reasonably priced. If we stayed longer we would have perhaps had a beer from it and sat on the terrace one evening. The terrace was lovely! “Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.”
