「Lovely hotel. We were in the extra building as we wanted low floor. We arrived and were lucky to get a parking space. Easy to get the permit from reception. Breakfast gorgeous. Only downside for me was that the pillows were too hard and no option of a soft fluffy pillow」

「We had a lovely stay at Ensana, Buxton Crescent. The room exceeded expectations & the Spa & swimming pool was perfect. The only criticism during our stay was the evening meal at the restaurant. We didn’t feel the food & service given matched the quality you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There are plenty of choices within walking distance of the hotel which we preferred. 」

「We loved our stay at the George. Jos and Lindsay are lovely and run a very nice business. We had two rooms, wife and I and Daughter and Partner. We arrived soaking wet after a walk on Mam Tor. Checked in, had a laugh with the owners, parking was easy, rooms are excellent and clean, food good, beers good.
