“We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. “The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……

“This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed……
