「This is the worst hotel I have stayed on. We were put in the motel part, like pontins but 20 years older! Front door had light shining through it, light was hanging with loose wires, dead flies, spiders, cob webs, stains on sheets, bed side lights no light bulbs, grouting yellow in bathroom and windows held in with lose paint I did ring to complain but they weren't interested. 「Upon arrival to Splash Landings we went to the bar to order drinks. Over 10 minutes later we still had no drinks as the barman could not operate the till or simply pour a slushy. When we had breakfast in the morning it took longer to find a clean plate than it did to get breakfast. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable but we were only staying one night so we made do. I always strip the beds after we stay over at hotels to help the domestic staff and I was utterly disgusted by the bedding...

「Somewhat quiet. The owner was vwry nice and welcoming. Riim was adequate however it was small so luckiky we did not take up our suitcases. A small fridge was provided which was useful. What would have also been been useful was a jug or bottle of water. It was very hard to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink. We couldny understand why the bed was unusually warm and a bit sticky. Is the plastic under the mattress protector necessay? Nice stay.」
