Room was newly redone with no carpet wich I love… pool was open and clean.. staff very friendly and helpful especially the very kind lady that serves breakfast 7 days a week.. it included a lot of choices waffles, pancakes, fruit, muffins, cereal and more.. we have found our new hotel for our monthly cedar pointe trips for sure!!」

「Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. Good air conditioning. Place has seen better days though. Ice chest left a bit to desire and door security was lacking. The manual lock was non existent and the toggle had been pulled out of the frame. Rugs looked like they were original and run down. 」

「My issue with the hotel is it stated it could sleep 6, but could only sleep 5 uncomfortably at most. I had to check out immediately and go to the Holiday Inn next door. It felt reasonable to be given some sort of refund but I have received no response to multiple outreaches since the person at the desk was unable to help me since the owner was the only one who could. The room would have been fine for my wife and I, but I had four kids with me.」

「Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. Bed seemed short and sheets were crinkly and starchy. Adequate...

「The rooms were dirty. This was experienced by many guests that were staying there. Our room had a lot of items shoved under the couch, floor was dirty, and toiletries were left in the shower. We spoke with other guests who found items in their room that didn’t belong to them, like dirty socks. We returned from a day away to find that our “do not disturb sign” was moved to the inside of the room and our keys did not work. We requested new towels and never received them. I didn’t throw a fit...
