We drove over seven hours to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday, arriving around 3 a.m., only to find our assigned parking space occupied. “I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging.
