"Loved the shorecliff hotel. I was upgraded to an ocean view room. Housekeeping made the room special for my wife’s birthday so shoutout to them! Staff was exceptional. Room was clean. Only downside was the hot tub was not working so we had to use the hotel next doors hot tub. Other than that everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again in the future "

"Enjoyed the hot tub although jets were not operating. Nice enclosed/restricted access outdoor activities area for families - there were many! Breakfast options were good and two very good restaurants (Mexican and pizza) were within a very short walk and worked perfectly for dinners after our two days in the national park."

The food was delicious and the staff helped me find utensils with ease. The cleaning staff in the dining area was also very helpful with my questions. These are hard working and cheerful workers. Had an issue in a room at 2am it was handled in less than 30 min from Call to front desk to 100% resolved. "

"The room was a little older but we loved all the space. Everything was in good condition. Huge condo with plenty of space for everyone. This condo had 4 beds up in the loft. Then 2 queens in one bedroom and a king in the 2nd bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. "
