"It was perfect for our need as far as location to ocean center- unfortunately valet lost our keys and due to that inconvenience ended up comping our valet- which was good, it just should have never happened considering it was $50 charge for valet to begin with. "

"This was a very nice hotel. We got a corner suite, ocean view, one bedroom. Excellent bathroom and kitchen. My only complaint is the unloading zone was a disaster. It can fit maybe a dozen vehicles if everyone did what they should. But instead of just unloading, people go and check in and then no cars move. There are valets there to try and move things but it doesn't work. When we were things were so behind that there were cars backed up off the property line and across the street. We waited about 40 minutes to unload. Also, we were there during March break and there were thousands of people on the beach in front of our hotel causing issues (they were not there to swim or suntan and the disturbances ended up in the news, apparently it happens often). Tons of police and such. We had to go quite far to get away from them so as not to get trampled."

"I booked a room through hotel.com and somehow the check in date ended up being wrong and I was told when I arrived that the date that I had booked was incorrect and I was supposed to get there the night before. I know what date I put in the website. They argued with me about it and was extremely in-compassionate and rude and they said they were booked up now. We were supposed to start our spring break here because we were going on a 7 day cruise the following morning. It was Friday the 13th and I know that I put in the 13 th and the fact that the lady was so nasty to me about it and slammed the paper down and showed me where hotel.Com website showed that I put in the 12th was absolutely ridiculous. Even had that been correct the way she slammed it down was unacceptable as a customer service representative at a family hotel. Another lady came up that worked there was nice and found us another hotel atleast but they didn’t say sorry or act like they cared at all. The nicer lady atleast found us another place and offered us to come let the kids use their pool but by that time I was over dealing with these people at this hotel. This would have been our 2nd time coming here. It wasn’t the best room but it was convenient because they have a shuttle for the cruise ships so that’s the only reason we were staying there. They don’t show any outside pictures of the hotel because they don’t want you to see how old it is and it use to be an old days inn motel. The rooms are not updated."

"Great room and location. The rooms were wonderful. Best place to stay if you’re about to sail out or rest before heading back home. "

"Only problems I encountered were very weak water pressure in shower. Did not tell front desk since only there 2 nights. Otherwise, stay was great - convenient location to many food options."
