“Our room was very clean and ready for occupancy when we arrived. We went from there to the Waterpark, where there was staff with cleaning supplies in hand, wiping down tables and mopping up floors in the surrounding areas. The lobby, spa area and gift shop were also very clean. The staff was very friendly and met all of our requests for extra amenities. We were very pleased and felt very comfortable with the cleanliness and security during our stay at Soaring Eagle Waterpark and Resort. We will……

“Took my mom to the lantern festival atJohn Ball zoo for her 82nd birthday and stayed at that hotel. The surrounding area was definitely unkept, and it reeked of cigarette smoke outside and inside. The room was clean, but my shower was dirty. The front desk lady was overwhelmed with people trying to check in, but very friendly and tried to be accommodating.
