"Check in process,"

"Room was SO dated, and felt and smelled dirty. We reserved two “refurbished“ rooms back in January. For whatever reason when we arrived (April 11th) we were unable to get them together, so part of my family stayed in the Resort Tower (with the rest of the group we were traveling with), while we stayed in the Royalty Tower. …totally opposite ends of a huge casino. They did waive the resort fee, but only because I was upset about it. Otherwise,I don’t believe they would’ve done anything, they were basically like “there’s nothing we can do.” If you’re reading this, trying to decide if you should stay here, DON’T!!! there are so many other choices. The casino is smoky and because we were in two opposite towers, we had to constantly walk all over the place to get to our family members. Also had no working hair dryer, I called twice and even went down to the desk to ask to get one, they said I needed to call guest services from my room again. I eventually just gave up as we did not have time to wait. (It was repaired when we returned back to our room later on, but that didn’t help me at 8 AM!)This is an “MGM Resort”?! I will never stay at another one again based on this experience."

"Ubicación excelente, personal excelente, limpieza excelente y lo único que a nuestro parecer le faltaría sería una actualización pues había algunas cosas rotas o que faltaban y le pondríamos un frigobar, pero fuera de eso todo muy bueno. Nosotros hicimos el check out el domingo a las 11 y había una encargada bilingüe (inglés - español) que nos atendió excelente solucionando un inconveniente en 2 segundos. Lo Recomendamos."

"Location was good . Staff had attitude . Definitely didn’t feel welcomed . Also , if you get there early and want to leave your bags to walk around until check in time it’s $5 per bag : I paid for a room with city view and got a side of a building view . When I asked about it they said they gave me an upgrade . Which was basically a couch . They didn’t even explain it to me when I checked in . There was dirty q tips in the living room . The rooms are outdated . Over all not a very comfortable stay but good location . "

"Exceptional hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My double queen room looked recently remodeled. Was upsold to a bigger room with a view of the Sphere. Very cool. Only complaint was being charged $20 for parking on top of the $55 resort fee. Seems like a lot to add to an already premium hotel! Would definitely stay again, nonetheless."
