「Beautiful environment, wonderful staff」

「Amazing staff, quick check in, spotless room, and very good breakfast at the Gustav restaurant! 」

「staff is a bit careless as gave me a room key with someone inside it, it’s really embarrassing to open the door while the guests behind me and asks why i am opened their room」

「I much enjoyed my weekend spent here, even though winter arrived suddenly overnight on Monday morning with a blanket of snow. I look forward to staying here again some time in the future.」

「We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. 」

「The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. 」
