“Great bed, quiet and outside property was excellent. But inside not clean, beaten up, hardly any utensils, drip coffee maker but no coffee, worn out thin towels. Firepit advertised but wood was wet and no axe to split. Finally owner did not respond to any texts. Would not recommend this property”

“The pictures on the listing were different than what we reserved. It was actually a different house. We booked a listing that has 9 bedrooms because we were 15 people, but the actual house was 4 bedrooms. The host also just informed me on the day of the booking that there will be people living in the basement, which was also not on the listing. The host said he cleaned the house, but the house was in a bad condition. We asked the host to resolve this problem, but the host just told me that it……

“I searched for this property on Google looking for a suite. The expedia listing says "Lakeside Private Suite". Despite the fact that the photo only shows a very narrow bedroom, I took the meaning of "Suite" to mean that there would be a sitting area separate from the sleeping area--despite the lack of photo showing this. Wrong. I was very disappointed with that. However, my husband just loved the dock and grounds and wants to return to the property. There are larger rooms which I could consider……

“The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. ”
